New geocoding endpoint : /geocoding/v2/closest

Features

• New endpoint /geocoding/v2/closest that returns the closest location(s) from a given point. It can be used the retrieve the closest port or the 3 closest airports in a radius of 300km for example.
• Addition of the Iceland ECA

• /route/v2 endpoints return 400 when source and/or destination is in a forbidden area (military base for example)
