🚀 Searoutes Cycle 20 updates

This cycle, the Searoutes' team was focused on preparing major updates for release in Cycle 21, including:

A new multimodal Shipment API (v2.1) with enhanced transparency and ISO 14083 compliance.
New capabilities for airfreight emissions modeling, leveraging flight numbers and carrier data at his best.
A new endpoint, the fuel API, to calculate fuel consumption and statistics for maritime routes.
